Fine weather not only brings comfort but can also bring more customers. Yet, from a comparison between the month of March and April, we can see that most metrics have remained relatively unchanged or are quite close, but the value of conversions has dropped drastically by 70%.
People shop less online and, as we mentioned last month, everything is more focused on brick-and-mortar stores. We are gradually returning to the pre-pandemic state, where people mostly searched for the products online but then went to buy them offline.
You shouldn’t be scared of this. This does not mean that if you do not have a brick-and-mortar store, you will go bankrupt. On the contrary, this should help you fine-tune your e-shop. You should look at what you can have better than your competition and improve in that direction.
